If, by any chance, you receive items that differ from what is indicated on your receipt, please reach out to us promptly at contact@insatiableturtles.com. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the discrepancy between the received product and your order receipt. Once notified, we will take swift action to rectify the situation. Within 48 hours of receiving your message, we will replace the incorrect item with the right product.

For in-person purchases, we can provide a cash refund.
